Kevin Burke retired from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) after twenty-nine years of US Federal Law Enforcement and Intelligence Community experience. Kevin’s last assignment was Strategic Advisor to the Director, NCIS. His previous executive positions include Assistant Director for Strategy and Communications, and Deputy Assistant Director assignments in Counterintelligence and Cyber.
In 2016, Kevin developed and led the US Navy Office of Commercial Economic Analysis, the US Navy’s investment in a whole of government approach to proactively assess specified foreign direct investment in critical emerging US technologies. Kevin developed numerous multi-disciplinary teams and focused on fusing data from multiple sources to address the US Navy’s most dynamic challenges. Kevin completed assignments as NCIS Senior Representative to the National Counterproliferation Center (NCPC), Director of Naval Intelligence, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) and the USS ENTERPRISE (CVN-65).
Kevin is a proven leader in strategy, program design, development and execution, as well as risk mitigation strategies. Kevin is a former US Navy Reserve Intelligence Officer.
