Hi all! I find it hard to comprehend that it’s been almost 6 months since I joined Geollect, as it only feels like last week I started. After graduating from my masters in 2020, I was looking for a position which would start off my career, something which would give me an opportunity to grow and thrive in an industry which fascinated me. I could not have been luckier to get the position at Geollect and have thoroughly enjoyed my time ever since.

Being the company’s dedicated Intelligence Analyst, I’m put in a unique position wherein no week is the same. Making up part of Geollects investigations team, much of my time is spent utilising my skills researching and assessing matters from a wide spectrum of areas for a diverse range of clients. In addition, I also focus on keeping up to date and informed with ongoing geopolitical incidents so we as a company can be best prepared to advise our customers.

The company environment is truly what Makes Geollect “Geollect”. From the day I arrived everyone has been extremely welcoming, ready to help me succeed in whatever endeavour I was working on. It’s through this positive surrounding I’ve been able to truly home my skills in such a fast-paced environment. From weekly song competitions (somehow, I managed to win once!) to monthly excursions, there’s always something on the Geollect social horizon which I look forwards to.

The future of Geollect looks exciting, and I’m so happy to have joined in such a crucial time period. Each month we complete more and more investigations, not only expanding what we can offer as a company, but also what I can offer to my team as an analyst. It’s been a great ride so far, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
