Lynn Wright

Lynn Wright has over 34 years of experience in the US Intelligence Community, from the national to the field, serving as acting Director of Naval Intelligence, the Joint Staff task force for Afghanistan/Pakistan intelligence operations, and as chief for Defense Intelligence Agency operations in Afghanistan. With expertise in naval and maritime intelligence activities, Lynn has broad experience with traditional military operations against peer competitors as well as countering illicit networks involved in narcotics, arms shipments, and insurgencies. She is an Advisor for the Pennsylvania State University Applied Research Lab and a Senior Fellow for the Center for Naval Analysis.
